One of our clients are looking for a Sales Director to join their rapidly expanding team.

One of our clients are looking for a senior Head of Sales/Sales Director to join their team on a part-time/freelance basis. Having experience within the events industry is crucial.

They are looking for someone with;

• Ideally 6+ years of professional experience in sales

• Has had experience with high-net-worth clients and concierge companies in the American and other overseas markets

• Creative open mind, willing to explore new avenues

• Very pro-active approach

• Works independently

• Confident in interacting with clients & colleagues in a civilized manner

• Presentation and punctuality awareness

• Capability of working long & challenging hours during events

• A positive, calm, and diligent personality, capable of coping in stressful situations


Part-time role:

• Two days a week to begin with •

Option to increase when we have events coming up

• Be able to attend certain meetings in person at our HQ in Somerset

• Be available throughout the week on the end of the phone/email for any emergencies

• Sales - 60% / New Business - 40%


Job Description:

• Create a short-term and long-term sales strategy

• Work closely with partners and Ops Team to implement these strategies

• Actively reach out to clients for sales and community building

• Maintain excellent relationships with concierge companies

• Identify new and foreign markets and reach out to potential clients and new events

• Work with finance director to manage sales budget

• Assist the New Business Team in securing new event opportunities worldwide

• New Business encompasses all new events, new revenue streams & angles for business expansion.

• In charge of client database, ensuring it is functioning to a high standard and updated constantly with all guest information

• Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve sales performance
