One of our clients are looking for a PR & Marketing Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
hey are looking for someone with:
• Ideally 6+ years of professional experience in marketing and PR
• Creative open mind, willing to explore new avenues
• Confident with technology and design software
• A sharp eye for detail & patient cross-checking temperament
• Presentation and punctuality awareness
• Confident in interacting with clients & colleagues in a civilized manner
• Capability of working long & challenging hours during events
• A positive, calm, and diligent personality, capable of coping in stressful situations
Part-time Role:
• Two days a week to begin with
• Option to increase around events
• Be available throughout the week on the end of the phone/email for any emergencies
• Attend relevant meetings in person at our HP in Somerset
Job Description:
• Create a short-term and long-term marketing & PR strategy that supports the brand and brings it to the next level
• Work closely with partners and Ops Team to implement these strategies
• Work with finance director to manage marketing budget
• Project planning & timelines for marketing activations and plans – for example charity events
• Oversee PR campaigns
• In charge of influencer activations
• Work closely with their Social Media agency and oversee the content strategy
• Ensure the brand is applied equally across all digital platforms (website, social media, etc.)
• Manage the photographer’s and videographer’s communications together with the social team
• Collate content for marketing campaigns: e.g. imagery, copy, landing pages. Sign off from Sales and Design team to ensure it aligns with the sales message and objective
• Input into event collateral from a marketing point of view (eg. menus, newspaper, welcome letter, Chronicle)
• Ensure photo and video databases are updated after each event
