Our client is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team.

The role:
They have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Customer Support Administrator to join our multi-skilled customer service team at their centrally located head office in Weston-super-Mare.
The purpose of this role will be to provide exceptional customer support to their customers, liaising with their suppliers and providing administrative support to their field and management team.
As you develop in the role, you’ll get to know your way around their systems and processes, but they don’t expect you to have all the answers straightaway; you’ll have a friendly team around you who will provide you with all the training you need to hit the ground running. They're looking for someone with ambition and enthusiasm who can get going
quickly; you’ll need to be interested in learning new things and comfortable working in a busy office environment.
This is an office-based role.


Key responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer support (via phone and email) to their ever- growing member base of almost 4,000 businesses across the UK
- Liaising with their 130+ suppliers and brand owners
-Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails
- Producing and issuing invoices and typing-up documents
- Managing and updating customer records and data in their CRM system (training provided)
- Supporting the management and field-based team with administrative tasks
- Resolving customer and supplier queries
- General office administration.


Skills and experience:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Understanding of project management principles

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience in project planning tools and scheduling resources


Desirable skills:

- Previous telesales, telemarketing or customer service experience (in any industry)

- Interest or experience within the food and drink industry – restaurants, bars, hotels (because most of their members are hospitality businesses).
