Regional Marketing Manager

One of our clients are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join their team due to growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through various channels, including online marketing, social media, and networking events, as well as platforms such as Cognism and Dripify.

  • Identify potential clients who align with their target audience.

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate UK events strategy, including conferences, webinars, and potential partnerships.


Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns for EMEA that align with their global marketing objectives and support the EMEA sales team.

  • Manage the EMEA social media strategy, aligned with global strategies, to drive leads, engagement, and awareness.

  • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance.

  • Work closely with the global marketing team to roll out campaigns for the UK where appropriate.

  • Create a multi-channel referral and reactivation campaign to drive UK registrations.

  • Attend monthly workshops in London.

  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices in the entrepreneurial coaching industry.

    Content Localisation

  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and localise marketing content for the EMEA audience, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.

  • Collaboration

  • Work closely with the UK team and regional sales leader to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.


We also want you to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in lead generation and/or marketing, ideally within the coaching or professional development sector.

  • Strong understanding of online marketing and social media strategies.

  • Experience in planning/managing events.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Highly organised and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for entrepreneurship and helping others to succeed.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

  • Knowledge of Cognism and Dripify is a plus.

  • Understanding of the UK and European market.

  • Based remotely with monthly travel to London.
