One of our clients are looking for a Head of Marketing to join growing team.
Job Summary
Are you ready to lead a dynamic marketing team and help a growing brand achieve its ambitious goals? Our client are seeking a results driven Head of Marketing to drive their brand growth. This exciting opportunity will have you working closely with their Managing Director, Head of Sales, and Head of Lettings to shape and implement their marketing strategy. You will be ultimately accountable to the owners of the business, ensuring that the marketing team’s efforts are focused, effective, and aligned with their company values.
This is a hybrid role which can include home-working in addition to office space at each of our regional offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the business objectives and growth ambitions.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and visual identity.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, using insights to optimise strategies and drive results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director, Head of Sales, and Head of Lettings to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand’s reputation and positioning in the market, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence both online and offline.
Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
They're looking for someone with:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role with at least 5 years experience working with a board of Directors or Senior Leadership Team
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Operationally focused with excellent organisational and project management skills.
Results driven with the ability to see the bigger picture whilst achieving key objectives and goals.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and build strong relationships.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and make informed decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
