One of clients within the F&B industry are hiring a Client Administrator due to rapid growth.
One of our clients are looking for a Client Administrator to join their expanding team, working on a hybrid basis in Surrey.
The Client Administrator will provide administration support to the Client Account team, including EPSYS administration, client communication, client reporting, marketing communication, Process control and minutes/actions follow up.
Specifically, the Client Administrator will provide; -
1. EPSYS query support to the Client Account Manager Team
2. Client Communication &; Reporting & Client/System set-up
3. Quarterly Business Review support & Ad hoc administration support to the wider team as required
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Client Account Managers, Clients and Suppliers to resolve any outstanding EPSYS queries
- Support Client Account Managers in preparing meeting agendas, content for meetings
- Support Client Account Managers in supplier on-boarding and client system set-up, following-up client impact reports for price adjustments
- Support Client Account Management team in recording actions during meetings and issuing to clients within 24 hours
- Support Senior Client Account Managers with Strategic Pillars workstreams administration and updates
- Manage the marketing communication to the clients on a monthly basis, inflation & Market Insights, Newsletter & Metrics release
- People administration support including onboarding, training, holiday tracker, expenses & sickness management
- Manage ad hoc projects and follow-up with CAM team members as required
- Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant teams such as CET & IT
Candidate Profile
Key skills, knowledge and experience required:
- Business administration support experience
- Strong IT skills – ability to learn systems quickly
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Team orientated & flexible
- Confident with a “Can Do” attitude
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal)
- High standard of literacy skills, attention to detail & accuracy
- Self-motivated & willing to take the initiative
- Comfortable working in a pressurised, fast paced and deadline driven
environment
