One of our clients in the F&B wholesale industry are looking for Procurement/Partnership Executives across numerous locations within the UK.


The role:

They have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Procurement Executives to join their experienced and hugely talented business development and customer centric teams.

The Procurement Executive will have an instrumental role within the business, supporting their already impressive and consistent year-on-year growth and helping them to achieve (and hopefully exceed) their ambitious growth targets.

The purpose of this role will be to work in partnership with a number of key, national suppliers to identify, unlock and communicate new and additional opportunities to and for their members.

You will work closely with their Procurement Managers, Customer Service team and members of the senior management team to grow their membership base and sales volumes via their partner suppliers.

We’re looking for someone with ambition and enthusiasm who can get going quickly; you’ll need to be results-focused with a desire to develop your customer-focused business development experience and grow your role within their business. In turn, they can offer clear and achievable career progression opportunities.

This is a field-based role.


Essential skills:

  • Recent or current experience working in field sales within the food and drink industry and/or field sales to customers within the leisure and hospitality industry

  • A passion to progress your career in a customer-focused/business development environment

  • Driven and service-focused

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident, friendly and professional

  • Good IT skills, including good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Training and adaptability, to use our internal systems and software.

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

  • Full, clean UK driving licence.

Desirable skills:

  • Previous experience working in operational/front or back of house roles within the leisure and hospitality industry – restaurants, bars, hotels (because most of our customers are hospitality businesses).


Package and benefits:

£25,000 - £32,500 per annum DOE.
