One of our clients are looking for a Distribution Manager to join their expanding team within the Financial Services industry. There is an excellent financial package on offer as well as remote working.


About the Role

You’ll focus on building B2B relationships across a variety of verticals to supercharge their growth and add power to their client acquisition effort. Segments could include working with Personal Finance apps or Wealth Management Groups to increase their ISA distribution, partnering with accountants to help distribute their Business Accounts, or even working with celebrities and influencers to springboard the brand across the UK.

It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to innovate, come up with exciting ideas and watch the customers come knocking.

The ideal candidate will be able to evidence a successful track record of building strategic relationships which in turn lead to significant growth for their business.


What you’ll do

  • Take the lead in defining, implementing, and optimising their growth and acquisition strategies via partnerships

  • Strategically work through already identified channels to build relationships and increase customer numbers & assets

  • Identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships

  • Get under the hood of core business metrics - aligning their marketing and business efforts with a core set of KPIs

  • Work with the wider Marketing team to support wider strategic goals of the business


Who you are

  • 5+ years experience in Sales, Distribution or Business Development in a high-performing team

  • Demonstrable record of results via partnerships and sales channels

  • Experience and understanding of finance required

  • Demonstrated interest in personal finance is a big plus

  • Knowledge of wider marketing channels to help support your partnership efforts

  • Confident using data to assess if your campaigns and efforts are delivering value

  • Strong communication skills

  • Highly proactive with a willingness and ability to get hands dirty

  • Takes as much pride in seeing their team win as they do in seeing themselves win
