One of our clients are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their team due to growth.
The role
Due to their ever-increasing order book, they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their hugely successful team, on a full time, permanent basis. The individual must be a highly motivated and have a background and knowledge of chimneys, ducting & secondary steel. Links to renewable s/green energy/MOD/Nuclear sectors desirable.
Responsibility and duties
Identification of new customers and markets in line with the companies goals.
Generation of new enquiries ‘laser focused’ to target market places.
Maintaining and improving existing client relationships.
Provide feedback to Directors relating to company visibility & performance.
Reviewing and advising on Proposed Client specifications.
Attending client Pre-tender meetings and initial site visits.
Assisting in preparation of Handover Documentation to the Commercial and Project Team.
Reporting to the Sales Director & liaising with staff and clients at all levels.
Ability to handle BAFO process to maximise revenue and profitability.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients, engineers and suppliers alike.
Excellent IT skills with sound knowledge of all MS Office programs essential.
Travel to site locations will be necessary: therefore, a full driving licence is essential.
This is not a 9-5 role and will require attendance to networking events from time to time and also overnight stays away.
Base Salary £45-50k, + car, but subject to experience, market knowledge, and drive.
