One of our clients are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their team due to growth.

The role

Due to their ever-increasing order book, they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their hugely successful team, on a full time, permanent basis. The individual must be a highly motivated and have a background and knowledge of chimneys, ducting & secondary steel. Links to renewable s/green energy/MOD/Nuclear sectors desirable.

Responsibility and duties

  • Identification of new customers and markets in line with the companies goals.

  • Generation of new enquiries ‘laser focused’ to target market places.

  • Maintaining and improving existing client relationships.

  • Provide feedback to Directors relating to company visibility & performance.

  • Reviewing and advising on Proposed Client specifications.

  • Attending client Pre-tender meetings and initial site visits.

  • Assisting in preparation of Handover Documentation to the Commercial and Project Team.

  • Reporting to the Sales Director & liaising with staff and clients at all levels.

  • Ability to handle BAFO process to maximise revenue and profitability.


Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients, engineers and suppliers alike.

  • Excellent IT skills with sound knowledge of all MS Office programs essential.

  • Travel to site locations will be necessary: therefore, a full driving licence is essential.

  • This is not a 9-5 role and will require attendance to networking events from time to time and also overnight stays away.

  • Base Salary £45-50k, + car, but subject to experience, market knowledge, and drive.
