Our client is looking for a Trainee Commercial Account Executive to join their team.

Purpose:
To sell the full range of hardware, software and service solutions – achieving key performance targets. Identify marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process. This is a position responsible for an experienced, client- focused team whose role is to solve client needs by building deep partnerships with the client, identifying opportunities to introduce existing Products and services and developing new innovative solutions which will improve experience for their customers, deliver growth and revenue.


Key responsibilities:
- To exceed your points and revenue targets:
 - Manage an account base.
 - Find new opportunities within any existing clients.
 - Find new business opportunities outside of the existing client base.
 - Work directly with clients to fully understand their requirements and then devise a solution using the full range of services, both hardware and software.
 - Successfully complete all the training required to a high standard to be able to do the job effectively.
 - Carry out both print and process audits with clients, where appropriate, by size or opportunity working directly with their Business Transformation Teams and utilising their software analysis tool sets, or otherwise utilising such tools independently.
 - Attend meetings at the documented frequency to go through key performance statistics (and benefit realisation where appropriate) with the client.
 - Develop good client relationships with a wide range of people from board to operational level to fully understand how the client operates.
 - Complete all internal tasks required such as maintaining the CRM system and administration tasks

Measurable Outputs:
 - 100% of Annual Points & Revenue Targets
 - CRM up to date always
 - Positive NPS from customer base in line with overall company measurement.
 - Complete all training modules required


Skills and experience:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Understanding of project management principles

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience in project planning tools and scheduling resources
