  • Run multi-channel campaigns that grow their impressions, reach, leads and conversions

  • Build real relationships and oversee key initiatives with their clients and candidates to develop their community

  • Build marketing funnels and landing pages that convert

  • Manage prioritisation, budget and workload of freelancers

    • You know how to build funnels that convert

    • You can read analytics and love producing content, optimizing and testing

    • Key Tech stack skills: Google for work, Wordpress, Linkedin, Tiktok, Canva

    THE MINDSET THEY NEED:

    • You're a leader who gets stuff done

    • You're hungry for success

    • You adapt faster than the market changes

    • You solve problems before others even see them coming

    • You've got an entrepreneur mentality

WHY THIS IS YOUR NEXT MOVE:

  • Zero corporate red tape - we move FAST

  • Flexibility (office 3x/week in London, 2 days from home)

  • Build something meaningful

  • Fast-track your career
