Our client is looking for an Sales Development Representative to join their team.

One of our clients are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their expanding team. You are able to WFH, but are expected to travel to see clients and are expected in London once a fortnight.

They are looking for a Sales Development Rep (SDR) to help drive their corporate sales by sourcing and qualifying leads, building the pipeline for the B2B Sales Exec, with whom the successful candidate will work very closely. In time, this role can lead to a B2B Sales Exec role.


Responsibilities

  • Researching contact information for prospects, building up a lead list and then updating the CRM database

  • Achieving pipeline generation targets

  • Generating interest and qualifying new leads that then turn into quality conversions

  • Gather facts by involving key decision-makers, assess company compatibility including pain points and develop account strategies to win opportunities

  • Understand their value proposition and communicate this to prospects

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the team throughout the entire sales cycle.

  • Deliver confident pre-sales presentations, including the value of doing business with our client – via either video or phone calls

  • Set up closing calls with decision makers for Sales Exec

  • Develop timelines to ensure successful implementation of final closing call

  • Maintain accurate records of leads generated and take ownership of all leads

  • Communicate regularly with the Sales Exec and provide clear visibility of daily leads generated made and highlight any issues or concerns

Required Experience

  • Telesales

  • Lead generation, ideally in an SDR role

  • B2B corporate navigation

  • WFH with the expectation to travel to meet customers, and to be in London at least once a fortnight.
