One of our clients are looking for an Account Manager to join there expanding team in the Midlands.


You will report directly to the Senior Account Manager as part of the Operations Branch.

Key measures of success:

• Retain existing customer accounts.

• Meet or exceed the annual remedial revenue targets.

• Maintain Gross and Nett Profit Margins when tendering/quoting for all works.

• Maintain high customer focus and remain number one point of call for all nominated contracts.

• Liaise with Operations to ensure all works are completed on time and within budget.

• Liaise with Operations to ensure Service KPI’s are met within the month, every month.

• Setting remedial work KPI’s and meeting these targets.

• Provide Head of Operations with monthly sales targets and forecasting across client portfolio.

• Demonstrate and reinforce core values at every opportunity.



Day to Day Expectations:

• Carry out regular Client Review Meetings to ensure client remain ‘compliant’ with Legionella guidance.

• Attend client meetings and offer support and / or guidance as and when required by the client or business.

• Carry out regular Gap Analysis for clients and explore the opportunity to Cross Sell / Up Sell Products and Services.

• Ensure existing client portfolios are retained throughout the team and account targets are met or exceeded.

• Liaise with company Departments, including Finance and Sales, to ensure budgets and sales gross margins are met.

• Communicate with clients, sub-contractors, and the Senior Management team for the most effective completion of works.

• Provide quotations for all PPM or Reactive works for your nominated clients.

• Provide clients with analytics to demonstrate contract performance.
