One of our clients are looking for a Account Administrator to join their team due to growth.

The role

Overall Purpose:

To support the Customer Accounts Team with all day to day admin for customers and suppliers including CRM upkeep, online ordering system price and product management, chasing delivery updates, creating customer welcome packs and collating any key information to ensure the

efficient running of all assigned customer supply chains. The core objective is to streamline

processes and ensure all key information is kept up to date.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- To ensure that the internal CRM system is kept up to date with all customer and supplier information

- To support the Customer Accounts Team with chasing up deliveries, resolving any stock issues and obtaining key information from suppliers to share with the Accounts Team for their customer accounts

- Take ownership of internal trackers and distribution of any relevant information company wide

- Supporting Commercial team in maintaining customer price files and ensuring that the internal shared drive is kept up to date with the latest information

- To take ownership of familiarising self with all online ordering platforms and keeping price files up to date, managing uploads and occasionally supporting with training as and when required.

- Attention to Detail: Focussed on detail and accuracy with regard to written communication,

statistics, system input and excel spreadsheets

- Communication skills: Can communicate simply and easily with people using the appropriate language and style. Must be able to express ideas well and give information and explanations that are clear and understood

- Telephone Manner: Needs to have an upbeat and positive telephone style

- Commercially Aware: Aware of business opportunities and what is going on in the market place

- Achiever: Energetic in pursuing goals and objectives, striving beyond the minimum and always wanting the best

- Independent and Self Motivated: Is a self-starter needing little supervision

- Organised: Must be able to plan, and implement a course of action to resolve any problems

- Self-Confident: Deals well with others and states own views confidently, willing to challenge and able to cope calmly in difficult situations, ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Other Essential Attributes:

- To maintain a flexible approach to working hours

- Sales or Admin experience preferable but not essential

- Drive to learn and advance

- To maintain excellent IT skills, in particular MS Excel but also Word, Outlook and Power-

point

- To take ownership of gaining personal knowledge of all online ordering systems the company introduces.

- Friendly and outgoing

- Driving license essential
